Meets on-line every Tuesday 4-5pm via Zoom. £4 fee per class.
Specifically adapted for people with Parkinson's and according to individual needs. No prior experience needed. We focus on improving your range of movement (in particular in the back, shoulders, hips, and backs of the legs), improving muscle tone, developing better breathing habits, reducing stress levels, and generally giving you a good stretch.
